Shipping Information

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and varies depending on the final destination.

We use TNT for shipping within mainland Portugal, while shipments to islands and the rest of the world are handled by registered CTT (with tracking numbers). In the case of shipments by CTT within Continental Portugal, this service is provided only upon the customer's request, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or issues.

The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Portugal and islands: Up to 3 - 8 working days.

  • Europe: Approximately 10 - 15 working days.

  • Rest of the World: Around 20 - 30 working days.

(Please note that these deadlines may be extended during peak periods)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TNT

  • After making a purchase on our website, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

  • Once shipped, your order will be delivered to your address within 24-48 hours. Please ensure you provide an address where you will be present, as TNT is a private carrier and does not leave items in mailboxes.

  • After being handed over to the carrier, the item becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and TNT.

 

Returns & Refunds Policies

This policy applies to all purchases placed online with us.

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any full priced item within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund of the returned item’s value.

 

SALE ITEMS
 

Items purchased as 'Sale' cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty (see Faulty Items Returns Policy below).

 

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

Orders purchased with a promotional code which discounts the order are eligible to be returned, however final sale items are not eligible.

 

MAKE A RETURN

To make a return you are required to inform us by contacting us via email at contact@nubya-concept.com or through our Contact page.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation along with the address to which you should send the item.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure your items meet the below conditions of return. Item/s must be:
1. Sent back to us within 15 days from the purchase date;
2. Returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed;
3. Returned with all original tags attached.
4. Deliver
ed back to us within 15 days from the order delivery date.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organize this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Nubya. Please note that original shipping charges and taxes/duties are non-refundable.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please send us a email at contact@nubya-concept.com with a photo or video clearly showing the fault and a brief description. If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be managed with the customer and send. Depending on refund method and financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected at your end.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please note, due to delays in our warehouse, our current returns processing time is 7-10 business days.
